A rectangular nonmetallic fabricated device consisting of two parts. The rectangular housing consists of a front cover with metal legs (for emplacement) and a rear cover. The portable device is designed to house six hundred rubber balls, and explosive charge and packing material. When initiated by the modernized demolition initiator (mdi), it provides a flash/bang effect. The sting effect from the rubber balls causes temporarily confusion, disorientation, and/or incapacitation of the target individual without doing permanent physical damage.
