Strainer shall be 2 inch "y" type line strainer with a blow-off port, blow off plug 1-1/4 npt and a size 40 mesh screen; strainer shall be suitable for use with turbine fuel mil-t-5624, at working pressure of 80 psi, at temperature range of minus 30f to plus 130f. Material for strainer shall be of stainless steel screen.; all part shal be treated to resis corrosion due to fuels, salt spray or atmospheric conditions likely to be met in sotorage or normal service.; strainer body shall be subjected to a hydrostatic test pressure of 150 psi for fifteen (15) minutes, without permanent deformation of leakage. All equipment required for the test shall be furnished by the manufacturer.; strainer shall have permanent visble identificationindication dorection of flow, rated working pressure, nawc part number and contract number.; strainer shall be orderd b specifying "with 40 mesh cres screen."
