May include but not limited to electronic interface subsystem, an image generator subsystem, an image display subsystem, data base, and operating, maintenance, and modeling software, and the like.

Special Features
Teaches the student taxi-ing, visual take-offs, landings, missed approaches, low-level maneuvers around the airport, and the critical transition between instrument and visual flight conditions. Uses a hoist mounted camera on bedrails in conjunction w/3-dimensional scale model of typical af base and surrounding terrain to simulate aircraft position. Simulated view is out-the-front window only-no side view. Cockpit displays provided for student and instructor in each of 8 stations - 4 for the t37 complex and 4 for the t38 complex; 2 separate terrain models are provided per complex. Displayed scene can be varied to simulate day, dusk, night and poor visibility conditions
