Vehicle Hatch Door

A rigid metallic item of various shapes specifically designed to cover an ingress or egress opening of a vehicular hull, turret, or the like. It may be armor plated. It may be either hinged or of a drop type and may have a quick release or other type latching device. Excludes cover, access and door, metal, swinging. See also hatch, marine.
