Gun Operating Rod Assembly

A cylindrical item, tubular or solid, designed to transmit force or motion from a gas cylinder or the like of a machine gun, rifle or other automatic/manual gun to activiate the firing mechanism. It may have one or more integral parts with appropriate fastening devices, including a handle, head helical sprin (s) plunger, yoke, and the like. Some types may include an integral piston.
