Test for leaks applying air at 3 psi to tank interior, or place tank in a fixture, fill tank with colored liquid to 75 percent rated capacity and subject to internal pressure of 3 psi then rotate fixture first 3 min at 3 rpm then for 7 min at 10 rpm. Liquid shall be 1 to 2 percent low surface tension water solution. See cage 19207 dwg no. 8389069
