Unmanned Aircraft

An aircraft that is not controlled by onboard personnel. Control may be via signals from a remote location or autonomous via programmed mission data incorporating artificial intelligence or a combination of the two types. It may be a rotary or fixed wing aircraft, may have low detectability features and may perform various functions including, but not limited to, attack, surveillance, reconnaissance and/or intelligence gathering. Excludes guided missiles.
