General Description

Consists of a self contained 30 ft trailer mounted unit with a panel forming machine (p-120) into which coilsof metal are fed, forming approx.50ft of panel per minute which is cut of desired lg w/hydraulic shearing mach; a panel curving machine (c-120) is used when a straight wall design is not desired, the c-120's 2-state crimping & curving device can adjust an arch radius from 6ft to an indefinite span; automatic panel seaming is done w/the r-120 which generates 70ft of permanent seams per minute, w/o nuts, bolts or sealants of any kind; assembled panels are placed into the foundation manually or with a crane (not included); buildings have lifetime waterproof seams, galvanizedand or prepainted steel panels, varietyof designs and functions and customized doors and windows
