Collet Chuck

An item designed to be adapted to a machine spindle to accommodate a collet for holding work to be machined. It may be mounted directly to the spindle or to an arbor or adapter which in turn mounts to the spindle. The chuck is manipulated to contract or expand the collet which in turn grips or releases the work. Excludes holding fixture, collet chucking, machine.
