An adjustable device containing all the necessary components to apply a cervical halo. Used for stabilization of cervical spine fractures. Item is used with vest assembly, halo traction apparatus. It may consist of an aluminum halo ring, position pads and pins, skull pins with locknuts, protective caps, combination wrench, torque screwdriver, and other related items.
