Faucet Stem

A device used as a means to regulate the flow of liquids through a single or double faucet, shower diverter, and the like. It may be a cartridge-type device or designed to accommodate a disk on one end and a handwheel, lever, and the like on the other end. It may include a washer, screw, o-ring, gasket and the like.
