extremely unlikely.

explanation of carcinogenicity: iarc concluded that lead is possibly
carcinogenic to humans
effects of overexposure: loss of appetite, metallic taste in the mouth,
anxiety, constipation, nausea, pallor, excessive tiredness,
weakness, insomnia, headache, nervous irritability, muscle and
joint soreness, tremors, dizzi ness, and abdominal pain. When
heated, fumes may cause eye, skin & respiratory tract irritation.
