General Description
Item is used to service removable type liquid oxygen converters, it sub-cools lox as received from main storage tanks and delivers it to as many asfour lox converters simultaneously. Its primary function is to reduce converter fill time. Weight, 72-89 lbs: pumpcapacity psig, 35 - 50; operating temp. Degrees f, -65 to +130; receives liquid oxygen directly, purging method, gaseous nitrogen; lox is vented from the inner safety heat; pressure relief from storage tank, through a standard lox ordance coupling located on the manifold assembly; vessel overboard via an annular space between the inner vessel and outer cylindrcal housing; valve, shut-off valve
