cause lung and kidney injuries.

explanation of carcinogenicity: nickel and cadmium compounds are listed
as anticipated carcinogens by ntp & epa.

effects of overexposure: alkali vapors may cause irritation of eyes,
nose and throat. Breathing of mist may produce respiratory
difficulty. Contact with eyes and skin causes burns & tissue
damage. Potassium hydroxide is a cor rosive chemical. Overexposure
to cadmium& its comp'ds may cause damage to kidneys and lungs.
