health hazards acute and chronic: product is toxic to the central
nervous system, the optic nerve being especially susceptable. It is
absorbed through the skin. Chronic effects are impaired vision,
kidney function and liver function. overexposed personnel may
show improvement then 30 hours later relapse.

explanation of carcinogenicity: the mfr lists no ingredients that are
listed by iarc, ntp or osha as a carcinogen.

effects of overexposure: overexposure may lead to dizziness, headaches,
dermatitis and eye irritation. High vapor concentrations are
