tearing. Skin: prolonged/repeated contact: irritation, defatting,
dermatitis. Inhal: nasal & resp irritation, central nervous system
effects (dizziness, weakness, fat igue, nausea, headache,
unconsciousness, death). Ingest: gi irrit, nausea, vomiting,
diarrhea.

effects of overexposure: chronic; embryotoxic, fetotoxic effects
observed in laboratory rats exposed to methyl ethyl ketone by
inhalation at levels greater than 1000 ppm (5 times osha pel) for
most of the gestation period. Me k may potentiate (shorten time of
onset) peripheral neuropathy. Liver abnormalities, lung damage,
anemia, eye damage.

First Aid

First aid: skin: wash w/soap & water. Remove contam clothing. Eyes:
flush w/lrg amounts water, lifting eyelids. Get med aid. Ingestion:
dont induce vomiting. Keep warm, quiet, get med aid. Aspiration of
