an animal teratogen. Swallowed: central nervous system depression,
kidney damage, may be fatal.

explanation of carcinogenicity: at the tlv the tio2 manufacturer
concludes that there is no significant hazard for man.

effects of overexposure: swallow: abdominal discomfort or pain, dizz,
malaise, lumbar pain, oliguria, uremia & central nerv system
