that accidents due to prod are hndldbest by passive, nonsurgical first aid.

cont w/clths, fabrics, rags/tiss. Cont w/matl s may cause polym. Polym of lg
amts of prod will generate heat causing smk, skin burns, & strong, irrit
vaps. Wear nitrile/polyethylene gloves & apron when hndlng lg amts of
prod. Adhesive on eyeball: prod introduced into (efts of overexp)

signs and symptions of overexposure: hlth hazs: eyes will attach itself to eye
protein & will disassoc from it over intermittent periods, generally
covering several hrs. This will cause periods of weeping until clearance is
achieved. Dur ing period of contam, double vision may be exper together
w/lachrymatory eft, & it is important to understand cause & realize
that disassoc will normally occur w/in matter of hrs, even with gross cont
am. Burns: prod gives off heat on solidification. In rare cases lg drop will
increase in temp enough to cause burn. Signs & symps of overexp: vap is
irrit to eyes & muc membs above tlv. Prlngd & rptd ov erexp to vaps
may prdce allergic(supdat)

first aid: ingest: if lips are accidentally stuck together, apply lots of warm
water & encourage max wetting & press from saliva inside mouth.
peel/roll lips apart. Do not try to pull lips w/direct opposing actio n. It
is almost imposs to swallow prod.Adhesive solidifies & adheres in mouth.
saliva will lift adhesive in 1/2-2 days. In case lump forms in mouth, pvnt
ingest of lump when it detaches. Skin: soak in warm, soapy water. Remove
excessive adhesive. Adhesive will come loose in several hrs. Cured adhesive
does not present hlth haz even when bonded to skin. Skin adhesion: first
immerse bonded surfs in wa rm, soapy water. Peel/roll surfs(supdat)
