Infant Identificatio Footprinter

A device consisting of a chemically treated disposable pad sealed in a moisture vapor barrier or a case with a removable snap-in type printing plate. The pad may come with a sensitized record card whereon the image is developed by chemical action between the chemical solution transferred from the pad by the infant's foot and the sensitizing chemicals on the card.
