Air Cooler Unit

A unit comprising a fin and tube heat transfer element, filters and may or may not have a motor driven fan, enclosed in a casing for the purpose of cooling and removing moisture from the air in a space where the unit is installed. It may include electric heater and/or electrostatic precipitator. Excludes units containing compressor, condenser and means for introducing air from outside sources.
