Welding Stud

A headed or headless fastener externally or internally threaded. It is intended for fastening by welding the head, unthreaded end or welding tip. If headed, the head is not designed to be self-holding, nor to be turned with a wrench or inserted driver, nor does the head have small raised projections on the top or underside to facilitate welding.
