A system consisting of a transportable collection of tactical equipment such as a computer, optical mechanical scanner, digital controller, transillumination device, and the like, which is used to provide an electronic computation of elevation data, geographical latitude and longitude values, and coordinates for target locating and identifying offset aiming points, target acquisition devices, and artillery survey control.
