A fabricated textile wrap around cover with a double pocket, one containing a foam filler and the other designed to contain a head treatment pad. The item is designed for the purpose of applying moist heat therapy to the neck and neck area of a patient. It is secured around the patient's neck by means of snaps and buckles and is adjustable to any neck size.
