Industrial Fluid Heater

An apparatus designed to raise the temperature of a fluid by bringing it into proximity with another fluid of higher temperature so that heat transfer is effected by direct contact or by passing those fluids through pip (s), tube(s) , or coils which are submerged in a tank of hot water or steam which is supplied from an outside source. The fluid is never stored in this tank. Excludes air conditioning, electric fluid heaters, and refrigeration equipment.
