Rescue Equipment Bag

A container made of specially treated material (usually neophrene) and specifically designed buckle closures, making it completely waterproof. It is constructed to handle a drop from an aircraft without damage to the contents. It is designed to carry specific articles such as lifelines, one and two-man balloons, harnesses, breathing masks and the like to stranded personnel in not easily accessable areas.
