Cutoff Band Saw

A variable speed saw designed for cutting off metal bars and shapes by means of a blade, band saw which is revolved or rotated around a driver and idler wheel. The teeth form a horizontal (or tilted) line while passing through the work. The work table is similar to that of a saw, power hack. See also saw (3), band metal cutting.
