Buffing Wheel

A disk shaped item of loose, bonded, or solid construction having an arbor hole for attaching to a rotary power-operated tool or machine. It may be fabricated of a single piece of felt, rubber, leather, cork, or the like; a single piece of wood, leather covered; or plies of muslin, flannel, canvass, or the like sewed or cemented together. It is used for buffing and/or polishing or burnishing. Excludes brush, rotary (as modified); wheel, abrasive; and pad, polishing and rubbing.
