High Visibility Belt

A belt made of materials and colors which emit or reflect light. It may have an adjustable shoulder strap. It is designed to be worn primarily by personnel required to work in areas traversed by motor vehicles to provide a greater degree of visibility to vehicle operators at all times under varying climatic conditions.
