Engine Testing Thrust Indicator

An engine testing instrument designed to reflect the forwardly directed reaction force produced by a high-speed jet of fluid discharged rearwards from a nozzle orifice (as in a jet plane or rocket). It designates in units of thrust, the thrust output of gas turbine or jet propulsion engines. This instrument is normally used on a stationary, mobile, or portable gas turbine engine test system.
