Aircraft Arresting Barrier

An item consisting of an engaging device, aircraft arresting barrier and absorber, aircraft, arresting barrier, with or without direct or remote controls. It may be trailer mounted. It is designed to prevent aircraft from traveling off the end of a runway during an emergency landing, an aborted take-off or during use of a short runway. May include a resetting device, aircraft arresting barrier.
