A disk shaped rotary tool having two or more cutter bits mounted in holders on the periphery of the disk. The holders can be rotated approximately 270 degrees at right angles to the plane of rotation of the disk. It can be used for fly cutting, straddle milling and cutting several depths simultaneously.
