File Handle

A tubular item for attachment to a file, hand. The small end of the item shall be equipped with a metal ferrule, collet or the like to prevent it from splitting when the tang end of the file is inserted into the item. It shall be drilled axially to half its length with a hole to accept the tang end of the file.
