Dual Seal Inn Valve Core Housing

A metal or metal and rubber tubular stem designed to inclose a valve core, pneumatic tire and to form a complete valve when inserted into the valve seat of a dual seal inner tube. It permits inflation or deflation of both compartments of a dual seal inner tube. May include a valve core, pneumatic tire and/or cap, tire valve. Excludes valve, pneumatic tire.
