Target Roll

A cylindrical roll of paper upon which is printed a series of targets of the same kind each consisting of a geometric figur (s) resembling a half circle enclosed within a rectangular shaped frame. It is usually provided with horizontal and vertical grid lines and is designed to be fired at from a specified range during the practicing with or in testing of firearms such as pistols, rifles, and the like, in order to establish a degree of accuracy. Do not use if a more specific name applies. Excludes target, bull's-eye and target, silhouette.
