A device or contrivance made of suitable material constructed in various shapes and/or forms to hold and display various types of badges indicating evidence of identification, a special duty and/or assignment apart from rank or grade. It is designed to be transferable and have facilities for attachment to the garment to prevent tear or damage. Excludes holder, card-label.
