High Visibility Sleevelets

A pair of cylindrically shaped items worn on the forearms and made of materials and colors which emit or reflect light. They are designed to be worn primarily by personnel required to work in areas traversed by motor vehicles to provide a greater degree of visibility to vehicle operators at all times under varying climatic conditions.
