Transportable Shelter Jack

A lifting device consisting of a vertical bar mounted on a footpad which supports a lifting frame actuated by a chain through a hand-operated ratchet head. It is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with other identical devices to form a jack set, transportable shelter; for lifting a transportable shelter with mounted equipment on or off a vehicle, such as a truck (as modified); or carrier, guided missile equipment.
