Textile Tape

A narrow fabric, woven or knitted, produced in widths up to and including 8 inches (163.2 millimeters), and in weights up to but not including 0.42 ounces per linear yard (13.06 grams per 0.9144 linear meter) of 1 inch (25.4 millimeters) width. It may have elastic strands. It may be of tubular construction or have two selvage edges. Excludes braid, textile; strip, coated cloth; strip, camouflage, fabric; and binding, textile.
