Divers' Boots

Footwear, made of rubber or synthetic materials, used with a wet or dry diver's suit. They are form fitting and worn on the feet inside, and in addition to a swim fin. They are designed to protect diver's feet from cold, coral, and other hazards. Excludes shoes, submarine deck; shoes, swimmers'; shoes, divers'; and boots, submarine deck exposure.
