Cork Strip

A strip of natural bark or a strip of rolled or comppressed granulated cork having a cork gum, gelatin, or phenolic resin binder. It may include a fabric or other interliner. Cross-sectional sizes limited to thicknesses less than 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) and widths of 6 inches (152.4 mm) or less. See also cork and rubber sheet; cork and rubber strip; and cork sheet.
