Press Cooking Grease Filter Unit

An assembly consisting of a kettle device with removable cover, containing a filter disk and filter media through which used frying fat is forced by pressure and filtered by means of the vacuum principle. It includes an electric motor, a gear pump, suction and discharge lines for forcing the cooking grease through the system under pressure.
