An integrated computer and communications system that provides a near real-time system control facility to plan, configure, reconfigure, and monitor the operation and movement of deployed teams of the communication system. Capabilities include automatic frequency management, terrian analysis and path profiling, system connection display, and network load analysis. It is designed to interface with communication system or a telephone system.
