High Visibility Armbands

Narrow strips worn around the upper arms and made of materials and colors which emit or reflect light. They are designed to be worn primarily by personnel required to work in areas traversed by motor vehicles to provide a greater degree of visibility to vehicle operators at all times under varying climatic conditions. Excludes brassard.
