A noncorrosive, stretchable material made from paper and nonbituminous laminating or treating materials. It is used primarily as a protective cover or wrapper over items enclosed in water vaporproof bags. It is used, also, in lieu of setup and folding boxes to conserve space in packaging items in fiberboard boxes or crates.
