Flagstaff

A staff made of wood, metal or other suitable materials, of various heights and diameters, usually tapering from base to top, from which a flag, pennant, streamer or the like is flown. Primarily designed to be carried or displayed from a stand or other means of support. It may or may not include appurtenances and hardware. Excludes flagpole.
