Soft Lead Cutter

A hand tool designed to cut soft lead by direct pull leverage. It consists of a piece of music wire used as a cutter head connected to one end of a length of chain, a snap hook is fastened to the other end of the chain by an s-hook, and a loop is made in the loose end of the music wire to fasten to the snap hook when operated.
