Strap Fastener Loop

An item of rigid material having an aperture or opening through which the en (s) of a strap(s) or belt(s) is designed to be inserted, folded, and secured to itself by sewing, riveting, or the like. It is used to fasten the end(s) of a strap or belt to itself, to another belt or strap, or to an object or structure.
