Integrated Shipb Computer System

A grouping of a distributed structure of microprocessors and related equipment with delegation and distribution of local, remote, and automatic control functions. It is specifically designed to ensure the timely detection, monitoring, processing and assessment of all relevant data, such as for the propulsion, ancillary, auxiliary, electrical, steering, stabilization and damage control systems, and also provides for automatic compensation and self-correction of these systems which are required to assure safe and efficient operation of the ship.
