Extension Shaft

An item consisting of a length of rigid shafting designed to be coupled to the shaft of items such as variable capacitors, switches, hand cranks and the like. It is specifically designed to increase the length of the original shaft and may also effect a change in the shaft diameter. Includes couplin (s) or has processed end(s) to facilitate the attachment of a coupling device. May have provision for electrically insulating the extension shaft from the other shaft.
