Head Restraint Kit

A collection of items designed to immobilize the head during extrication procedures for patients involved in falls or motor vehicle accidents due to the spine/back injury. May include plastisol coated closed cell foam head supports, universal attachment base, reusable head straps, ear holes covered with vinyl, and other related items.
